Nine deities. Nine heroes. And only one champion. Mythical Greece. The land of gods, poets, heroes, but also of terrible monsters and creatures.
Numen is an action RPG set in mythical Greece. The player controls one of nine heroes, who in the name of the gods they follow compete in a grand test of their capabilities. Heroes who undertake a pilgrimage over the highest mountains, through valleys and deep forests, underground vaults and the scorched sand of deserts.
Numen however is no mere hack-and-slash game. It offers the player the possibility of tactical decision making, searching for enemies’ weak spots, selection of adequate weapons. It rewards those who are able to adapt to the changing situation on the battlefield. In this the player is helped by the unique powers and abilities invested in him or her by the god he or she follows, provided that the god is happy with him or her. The Olympian gods, after all, are renowned for their wanton and unpredictable nature…

What the heck.
1,389 PHP For THIS!?
I live in the philippines and i could get a WAAY better game than this for that price.
I've seen the trailer and looked at the screenshots, but is this game any good for an RPG? Do the NPC's talk? Does the avatar you use talk? Is the game buggy? I've yet to read a review of this game, I'm curious.
Thanks, RTSGamer
old school
of course the NPCs talk! and the storyline is quite original too! There are even other champions controlled by the computer hanging around dungeons and faraway lands, you can fight them to please your God or help them if you feel so.
The plot is quite good, you start as a kid, hanging around your home island with your sister (or vice versa if you choose to be a girl) and the class you'll became as adult isn't choosen from a menu or some button, it's calculated depending what you do in your childhood: if you fight with magic or ranged weapons the most then you'll became a wizard or a hunter, and so on...
why are the ratings so low?
