Numen is an action RPG set in mythical Greece. The player controls one of nine heroes, who in the name of the gods they follow compete in a grand test of their capabilities. Heroes who undertake a pilgrimage over the highest mountains, through valleys and deep forests, underground vaults and the scorched sand of deserts.
Numen however is no mere hack-and-slash game. It offers the player the possibility of tactical decision making, searching for enemies’ weak spots, selection of adequate weapons. It rewards those who are able to adapt to the changing situation on the battlefield. In this the player is helped by the unique powers and abilities invested in him or her by the god he or she follows, provided that the god is happy with him or her. The Olympian gods, after all, are renowned for their wanton and unpredictable nature…

Anyone tried this game ?
I haven't played much of this game but from what I have seen, I like it. The gameplay is a lot like Diablo but the graphics were not good and the game was a little slower than I expected. I bought it for $2 during a steam sale.
Try the demo on steam first then decide.
Looks pretty bad
It looks pretty interesting, though it looks like it follows an MMO formula pretty heavily. Is this a sand box game or a linear adventure?
I'd rather check out demo, if any, first.
Looks like Titan Quest with slower gameplay and fancier graphics...
This game is not good you can get a better game then this for 10$ like magicka lol
game play is like mainstream MMORPG without the MMO part. Think WoW or EQ with the button smashing.... complete crap and if this is an action RPG, then I'm jesus, santa clause, and the easter bunny.
