How can i update the game? Im still having the framerate problems

just tried to play it, getting 16 fps on a system that plays every other unity game I've ever tried, as well as arma2 and much more. anything i can try on my end?
finished downloading last night.
No lag for me what so ever. (50 - 60FPS)
I think it id s great game, tricky as well.
The only thing i did not like was i could not pause with a pull up menu so I did'nt know how to save. I just kept the game open all last night. Umm could you tell me how to save or will I have to restart when I close it?

The game looks great, however I'm having the same framerate problem many others are having in the beginning which makes the game unplayable. Fingers crossed this patch fixes it.
How's the update doing? The game is still at 1.0.
