Yep he is lying dead in the green biostuff:) It's just before Lambda Core, just after you passed a tank and got below with an elevator.I never really liked Lambda Core though..

I remember it
on the machine is a batery :D i remember alot from this place after a elevator you get some grunts than go through a door there is a tank and you can kinda use it to destroy a door if you do that grunts and aliens appear so i always get out and wait so most are dead :D
