In FarSky, you take on the role of Nathan who got lost in the Ocean after the crash of its submarine. You will need to learn how to survive into the depths of the Ocean.
All maps are randomly generated. Use the environment to gather resources. Build a base to refill your oxygen and manage all your items. Craft equipment to explore the Ocean depths and weapons to defend yourself. Create an in-base farm or go hunting to bring back some fish meat.
Your main goal is to find all the pieces of your submarine to fix it back and reach the surface. You can also choose to play in Sandbox mode to enjoy the game without goal in a wider map!

System Requirements (Minimum):
- OS: Windows XP, Mac OS 10.7.5 (Lion), Linux Ubuntu 12.04
- Memory: 2 GB RAM
- Graphics: Dedicated graphics card (OpenGL 2.0)
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon X2, or equal at 1.6GHz or better
- Hard Drive: 500 MB available space

Having a problem with the display resolution for the game. Running Ubuntu 13.10 with a 2 display setup. When running the game in full screen mode it fills the left screen (which is the expected behavior) but it only renders half the frame on that screen. I assume that the internal renderer considers the whole desktop area (both screens) as the full screen resolution instead of just the one screen that actually gets rendered to.

If I change to windowed mode I get a huge window over both screens and are unable to change the resolution in the graphic menu.

Anyone know if there is a way to get the fullscreen mode to work correct on only one monitor. Or if its possible to force a lower resolution in window mode. Would love to be able to play the game without having to reboot into window 7.

Well, I'll hope so.
I've bought it here on Desura, so I expect a release (final) version and not a beta here , regardless the "Steam-Business". It's a really nice move from the Dev to give Steam keys et cetera, but primarily, Desura != Steam. So, when we can expect the release here on Desura? I'm really eager to play it :-)

Actually the builds for the final release are ready and set since yesterday. They are waiting for Desura authorization. So of course you will get it!

Regarding Steam keys, there is no one from Desura. Indeed, Desura works well and the builds are the same, there is no need for Steam keys.
Yet I'll make some exceptions at the begining manually by emails with some players who bought the game on Desura earlier during the beta, because they could not know the game would be on Steam. But that's all.

Have fun! ;-)

Thanks. I'm fine with this on Desura.

The only advantages to steam are probably to the developers themselves just keeping the steam version updated and the built in DRM for steam to limit a game to a single account.

Hope you make a ton of sales.

Thank you :-)

If it's at least as great as in the Beta, I'll definitely have it!
