Is it just me or does the character really walks slowly? Will the movement speed eventually increase?
Does sound work out of the box on Ubuntu 12.04 with this one? I'd buy it if it did. There's no demo for me to test it, unfortunately.
just run the game from terminal with padsp command.

is this game turn based in combat or is it real time combat?

Does the x32 binary not work on x64 Linux?
I don't run a multi-arch OS.
I run 64bit and have no problem with this.
