Along Came A Spider is a physics-based puzzle platformer. In a world made of silk, you control a small spider trying to find his way back home through twenty dynamic swinging, swaying levels. Your spider will learn amazing new abilities allowing him to catch many more flies along his way. Your fearless spider must also confront his worst nightmares in four special boss levels! Minimum spec is XNA Reach profile, that is a Windows PC with a DirectX 9 GPU that supports at least shader model 2.0. "Along Came A Spider is like a music video or a dancer. Simple snapshots make it look alright, but in motion and with its amazing soundtrack ACAS is a creature of beauty. If you're looking for a good platformer, this one should be near the top of your list." - digitalquarters

A superb game! And I say this as an arachnophobic. ;) Actually the flabby legs give me shivers down my spine, but.. I kinda like it.

Very, very polished and beautiful, yet simple backgrounds. A+!

will there be a level editor, someday in the future?

It's possible since the editor is built in, but it's a bit too crude for general use as it is.

Tried the demo and is actually pretty simple, good and entertained with very cool music. The visual is simple and yet quite good too.

Going to vote it at Steam Greenlight too. ;)

This looks excellent; I love physics based games. It would be great to see this entered onto Steam via the Greenlight project. From the video game play, it looks much better than some games that have been greenlit. Nice one Roaqhard, good luck with this game.

I'd also love to see it in one of the Indie Gala bundles or Gamersgate bundles. :)

How many levels is the demo? (I can't install anything installed at the moment due to the Desura HDD being virtually full; keep getting an MFC error - failed to decompress buffer due to lack of space) . :(

Are there any error messages? It's been tested on pretty low spec laptops and since it uses the low end XNA min spec it should work on just about everything.
