[OBSOLETE] VTFEdit is a VTF texture conversion utility with a graphical interface. It can convert to and from and view all versions of the Valve Texture Format, and change the files' settings without requiring them to be recompiled.
This download has been obsoleted by VTFEdit 1.3.3.

iv been looking for this everywhere, most of the time when i found this it was a virus. thanks so much for uploading this.
btw isnt this the tool you use to create/edit CSS skins with.
Will it work with Paint.NET Images or animated Images?
